• Choose your photos, video clips, newspaper clips, mementos, and put them in order. Depending upon the number of photos and length/type of song, each photo will be shown for 4 to 6 seconds.

• Indicate order of pictures using Post-It notes with ball point pen and place on back of photos. It is not necessary to write on the picture as it may affect the quality of the picture.

• Picture Parade requests that you choose your own background music. If you do not have the music we can purchase legal copies of the songs for $2. You will be required to send us the music CDs. The CDs will be returned when the video is complete.

• Indicate what range of pictures (e.g. "Song A" goes with photos 1-30) you want to play with each song.

• If you would like any title slides at beginning of slideshow, throughout slideshow, or at end, please indicate what you would like the titles to say.

• Picture Parade uses DVD-R media. The DVD is compatible with 90-95% of all DVD players. Newer DVD players support more formats. If you have any questions about your particular player or experience problems with the DVD, we can check compatibility lists and send you a DVD+R copy if necessary.

• Package your photos, audio, and video securely and ship in a shipping box (e.g. USPS, FedEx, UPS).

• Enclose any special instructions and the date of your event.
